With proper handling and care your backdrop can last quite a long time.

Vynil is water-resistant and easy to wipe using a soft, damp, cloth. But remember... it's a printed product so please be gentle with it.

Avoid contact with hot or sharp objects. Do not slide props on and off your background as it may scratch the surface. 

Some ingredients, such as saffron, promegranate or beet juice, can permanently stain your backdrop. Keep them away at all cost!

- Roll the backdrops and place them into the packaking tube.

Since you can store more than one in each tube, stick photos of the backdrops on the outside of the tube. This is very helpful when looking for a particular backdrop.

- Store them on a flat surface

- Hang them vertically on a clothing rack using hangers with clamps. This way you can easily identify the backdrop you're looking for.

-You can find several solutions online to help organize your backdrops, such as vinyl roll holders or storage racks

When an order is placed and payment is confirmed, a presto will prepare it within the next 1 to 3 working days depending on existing stock. Delivery time will depend on the country you're based in.

You will receive an email from the shipping company with a link to the track number so you can follow your order.

We will do our best to delivery a backdrop that you can enjoy and use often. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the product, you can return it.

All returns should be made within 14 days upon receipt. Send us the company delivery tracking number so we can follow the returning order.

After receiving the package and confirming that the backdrop is in good condition you will be notified of the refund.

Note: apresto will not pay for the return costs.

You can use the packaging tubes to easily transport your backdrops.
